OUR CLIENTS ARE HAPPY!
'In June last year (2006) we began to realize just HOW shocking (and
deadly to ones health) the quality of our tap water is, and after a
great deal of research we decided to have a reverse osmosis water
purification system installed. We found Frans and Louisa's contact
details on their website and phoned them.
In short, we had a system installed at home, after which John said that
we could not possibly let Carol (Dianne's sister) carry on drinking
ordinary impure tap water after having ourselves tasted the difference
(and seen the used filters!), so he had a system installed for her, too.
Each time we have to have filters replaced and seen the disgusting state
they are in, we realize anew that we would NEVER again be able to drink unpurified
water.
This posed a problem as we are avid caravanners. At first we thought
that we would have to import a portable surface-top system from
overseas, with the added nuisance of having regularly to order new
filters from overseas, too. But Frans and Louisa came through for us
again and, after making enquiries on our behalf, got us just what we
needed.
We don't ever concern ourselves with which filter needs changing when,
as Frans and Louisa keep a record of all those details and contact us at
the appropriate times.
All-in-all we could not be happier with both the service and the
reliability of purificareTM - and more importantly than anything, with the
quality of the water. We shudder to think of all the toxins and
impurities which we used to consume!
